For stays under 5 nights please contact us using our contact us page.  All rental rates subject to applicable taxes.  There is a fully refundable $500 security deposit for damages due upon arrival.  Parties greater than 2 will be charged $20/per night per person in excess of 2 people.  $100 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 5 nights.  After-hours/Sunday/Holiday arrivals shall be subject to a $150 surcharge unless you choose a self check in option.
