There are tons of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Central Park North, The Conservatory Gardens, the Apollo Theater, and the Jazz Museum in Harlem. It is also walking distance to Sylvia’s restaurant to get your fill of some great Soul Food. Subways are located about 2-3 blocks away and it is a quick 5-10 minute subway ride to Grand Central.

For stays under 7 nights please contact us using our contact us page.  All rental rates subject to applicable taxes.  There is a fully refundable $500 security deposit for damages due upon arrival.  Parties greater than 4 will be charged $25/per night per person in excess of 6 people.  $100 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 7 nights.  After-hours/Sunday/Holiday arrivals shall be subject to a $150 surcharge unless you choose a self check in option.
